About Pastoral Training
At Hispaniola Mountain Ministries, we are passionate about empowering local pastors to shepherd their congregations with sound biblical teaching and leadership. Our Pastor Training Program provides accessible, high-quality theological education tailored to the unique needs of pastors serving in underserved communities.
HMM’s Pastor Training Program offers a three-year curriculum in partnership with Advance International, and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Participants earn a Pastoral Ministries Certificate upon completion, equipping them to preach the Gospel effectively and lead their churches with confidence. Graduates also have the option to pursue advanced theological studies, including a master’s degree, through partner institutions.

- Experienced Instructors: Classes are taught by a combination of U.S.-based pastors, missionaries, and seminary professors who all have a Masters degree or above.
- Locations: We have Pastor Training cohorts in two regions of the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Honduras.
